Even though ICD-10 has been delayed, the OASIS-C1 will still be implemented in January of 2015. CMS has released the OASIS-C1/ICD-9 version along with a table that identifies each change made with a reason for change. Below you will find a link to OASIS answers, where you can download the updated form and the table of changes. Use these documents to get your clinicians familiar with the upcoming changes to help minimize confusion and company delays. http://www.oasisanswers.com/aboutoas_links.htm.
